5day 234 accumulates upon me. In exchange for the above stated dollars, my plots in Sokomohogo,
6which is adjacent to your Sokomohogo property, that I mortgage to you, the
7original deeds have been given to you, in that their boundaries and directions are stated, according to that
8the mortgage is given in writing to you. When the above stated interest money is given to you, my mortgage becomes
9released. This deed I am giving willingly and happily and intelligently in writing, [in] that
10the son must abide by the words of the father. Samvat 1937 [Virkhe] Chaitra dated 10 Sunday 235, dated 10 April
11Year 1881 AD. The writer Khoja Janmohammadbhai Sachedina gives this writing from the [words] of the creditor.
