2at this time, the facts about the loyalty and good service and efforts to populate [the area] by the chaudhri Purshottam Das
3have been brought to attention and [the fact] that he makes efforts to complete the important tasks there is evident. On that basis, the village of Kusawadha
4in the administration of the said pargana is given as inʿam and nankar to the said person along with his descendants, as per past practice.
5The said village, according to the zimn, must be given into the possession of the said person from the beginning of the season of kharif of the hare year, year 1083,
6so that the collections from therein year to year should be used for his expenses,
7[and] he should be engaged generously in the promotion of the good works of loyalty. On the first night of the new moon of Ramzan in the year 19. Ended.
