4سفالپوش بمعه اوساری و زمین افتاده خالص البیاض و شکسته سه چشمه بر
5که از اباء و اجداد بشوهر منمقره رسیده بود تا حالت تحریر قباله قابض و متصرف
6هستم آنحویلی مسطور را برضا و رغبت خویش بعیوض مبلغ پنجاه روپیه

1Declared and wholly and lawfully avowed in the self-same name and lineage of Chand Bibi,
2wife of the late Khairullah Khan, son of Bahadur Khan, of the qaum Afghan, resident of Abode of Light of Holy Men Dhar,
3sarkar Mandu, under the administration of suba Malwa, to the effect that the haveli on columns with four fountains
4and clad in tiles with fallow land and three broken fountains,
5which was inherited by my husband from his ancestors, and is in my possession at the time of writing this qabala,
6I sell that aforementioned house of my own free will in exchange for fifty rupees
7into the hands of Thakur Pratap Chand, son of Thakur Nihal Chand, son of Thakur Hamir Chand, and
8Kunwar Sarup Chand, son of Thakur Har Chand, real brother of the said zamindar.
9 … and I have received all of the money for the house and lands.
10Having got a document written by scribes with the seal of the qazi of shariʿa and the witness of Muslims, I gave it to Thakur Pratap Chand.
11If after this, any of my successors make a claim, it will be inadmissable and void.
12 On this basis, these few words were written and given in the manner of a qabala of the shariʿa) so that in future
