The title refers to Charles as Prince of Wales, so the publication was clearly composed prior to James's death. Strictly speaking it is a celebration of the agreement that Charles would marry Henrietta Maria. The discussion, however, does touch upon ideas of the continuity of the royal lineage through the marriage and for that reason is included here.
