Il primo del mese da Portoferraio si fa vela per Piombino dove si arriva dopo diversi tentativi e mettendo lo schifo a prua. Si cala un ancora e lo schifo va a prendere la seconda ancora ma un vascello strambò da poppa e sfondò il vascello del dichiarante.
